سوءمصرف مواد در کودکان و نوجوانان؛ ملاحظات تکاملی در درمان

Abstract:
درمان سوء مصرف مواد در نوجوانان در کاهش مصرف دارو و الکل، مشکلات رفتاری و اعمال بزهکارانه در بین آنها بسیار مؤثر است. رویکردهای درمانی مختلف، به ویژه درمان‌های مبتنی بر خانواده و رفتاردرمانی، پیامدهای مثبتی دارد که حتی بعد از پایان یافتن این درمان‌ها نیز ادامه می‌یابد. هیچ مداخله‌ای به تنهایی مؤثر نیست، بنابراین ارزیابی و جست‌وجو برای یافتن راهکار درمانی مؤثر برای هر نوجوان ضروری است. عوامل تعیین‌کننده‌ی مسیر درمان شامل شدت سوء مصرف، وضعیت جسمی، مهارت‌های شناختی و هیجانی و تاثیرات اجتماعی و محیطی است.
